Schaum, Farbe und co2 gehen in Ordnung. Geruch herb und irgendwie maisartig. Schmeckt seltsam herb-fruchtig mit guter Süffigkeit. Überraschend gelungenes Bier. Hätte ich nicht gedacht. Test vom 2.10.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche

33cl bottle. Golden colour with minimal and quickly dissapearing white head. Aroma is slightly cerealish and hay. Flavour is slightly malty with notes of straw. Carbonation is medium. Body is light.

UPDATED: OCT 31, 2005 Smells like a skunk’s ass after a bad bought of diarrhea. Some mild sweetness in there as well. Perhaps said skunk ate some flowers. Pale gold with a tiny head. Corn syrup sweetness with a lot of carbonation. It almost tastes like McDonalds french fries in the finish. Maybe they use discarded french fries in the brewing process. Still it probably works nicely in a sweaty Colombian Bodega.

Another beer out of my Daughter’s fridge that she brought back for me. Classic pale lager, gold color, clear, nose of grain or adjunct. Clean decent palate, not much there, but a little bit, and no off taste. I’ve done worse.

Nutty, grassy, creamy buttery deep golden. This is much more than the average latin lager.

Light and much evanescent foam. Yellow pale color, limpid and not much crisp. Watery and lean scent. Pungent and light inconsistent taste. Modest bitter with an unbalance and short finish.

Bottle, 330 ml. Poured into a stemmed glass at home. New country tick. ABV 4.7% Golden yellow colour on the body with a small sized white head. Good density and good retention. Light lacing on the glass, non existent activity in it. Light malty aroma, non offensive at all, mostly because is so faint. That is pretty much it, nothing else going on there. Taste is also malty, with light grass. Sweet and it lacks the bitterness on the aftertaste. Thin body and low carbonation, as expected. Nothing notable with this one, is going down easily, good to flush a dinner down.

Drunk this trash in San Adreas, Columbia. It wasn’t bad, light pale malts showing, not skunky, just bland and plain.

Possibly a cereal lager, as his seems very sour and musty. Not much of a head to speak of and color is extremely pale. Aroma of wet paper, tastes like cardboard with sour palate. not very good...

Can from friends visit to Colombia. Tasted like sweet potatoes, malt and tin. Pretty dry. I wonder if McRon works at the brewery... hmmm..
