Bottled shared with McTapps. Sweetish and simple lager with a light aftertaste of alcohol. If you like sweeter lagers like I, this one totally OK for having one beside some crisps.

There’s very little difference between the three big Colombian lager brands. Ok cold, the first one is better than the subsequent ones, and they all start to sour pretty quickly. Had this on a patio in Medellin.

33cl Bottle, bought at a toko at Kinkermarkt. Clear pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of sweet light bready malts, honey, hay. Flavour is sweet, light malty, hay, light hoppy finish. Watery flavours, light bodied. OK, but rather sweet.

Sampled at the Lynnwood International Swill Fest. This beer was by far the worst/best of the fest. 12 oz bottle. Light yellow gold color. Small white sized foamy head. Aroma is malt, cardboard, sweat socks and dirty wet dog. A light to medium bodied “Premium” Lager. GAHH!!!! Heavily carbonated. Crisp, no make that harsh malt flavors. Corn and wet cardboard. Very astringent and a touch sour. That all the good things I can say about the “beer” Its just too horrid to discuss anymore. Now, where did I put my toothbrush? By far the worst beer of 2005. Mouthfeel is this (thank you) Finish is crisp. Aftertaste is bitter

330ml bottle. Clear pale golden colour with small, collapsing, white head. Very decent strawy aroma, minimally sweet grainy. Taste is monotonously slightly sweet grainy, sweetness partly compensated by prickling carbonation.

Bottle by 01DIC12. Twist top, nose has straw and a bit of barn, some dough, too, quite surprising. Clear golden body with an off-white head. Taste is malty, actually relatively dry, with a minty undertone and oblique floral notes. Very grainy. Relatively clean medium body, crisp and tightly enveloped, this was a nice little find.

330ml bottle: BBD 8th Jan 15. Brought back from Hamburg by me to the Shrewsbury bottle share group and split between five of us on 12th Jan 2015, some four days after its BBD: bugger. Anyway the beer poured a clean and clear lager/pilsner gold and had a white topping for a while. Corn syrup ruled both the aroma and taste of this sweet brew. Not great up it was not as bad as I half expected. Just a sweet, uninteresting lager really.

Bottle @ home. Clear pale yellow with a small white head. Smells malts, grains. Tastes grains, malts, sweetish. Thin to medium body, nice carbo.

330ml can pours a pale golden color with a finger of white head that settles down to reveal very little lacing. Aroma is dominated by grass with hints of cereal grains. Taste is a grassy hop bitterness with a light malty sweetness. Just another typical macro style lager.

From a 12 oz bottle at the RB tasting Aug 1. Pours a cloudy gold with an off white head.. Flavors of grains and white bread. Typical third world pale lager.
