330ml can pours a pale golden color with a finger of white head that settles down to reveal very little lacing. Aroma is dominated by grass with hints of cereal grains. Taste is a grassy hop bitterness with a light malty sweetness. Just another typical macro style lager.

UPDATED: JUN 19, 2014 Review: Bottle of Club Colombia pale lager, 4.7% ABV I have to say was very pleasantly surprised with this lager. Wasn’t expecting a whole lot from a Colombian beer, but it was a lovely tasting beer with a nice looking body that was enjoyable to drink. The beer pours a lovely clear gold body, with a decent frothy head that lasts. There was little lacing. The smell is not strong or unpleasant, a little sweet and corn like. The taste was of sweet toasted malts with no real aftertaste. A light tasting beer that did the business on a hot day. Recommended.

33cl bottle pours with a clear pure gold body that supports a thin nearly bright white head. The modest aroma comes across a little sweet and corn like (and I don’t have a problem with that) as well as a little bready. I’m not picking up any hops at this point. A few more pulls bring up a bit of a metallic aroma toward the end of the draw. The taste starts sweet and builds into corn and bread and then a dash of floral hops before some mild apple to pear like fruity esters are noticed. This is not too offensive and ends pretty neutral with minimal after taste. Not something I will buy again but trying it once was fun.

Botle from Cervemur, Murcia, Spain. Country #99. Clear pale yellow beer with a small white head. Aroma of corn with a slight toasting. Average pale lager carbonation, with a light body.

Aroma: heavy sweet caramel malts. Appearance: clear gold, medium frothy head. Taste: light sweet. Palate: lively carbonation, light bitters coming up, otherwise continues malty. Overall: another boring Lager, too sweet in aroma. Bottle from Drinks of the World Bern HB, Switzerland.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht malzig, getreidig. Geschmack leicht malzig, wässrig, getreidig, minimal herb.

Shared a 33cl bottle. A malty lager with not much bitterness, quite watery but serves quite well its purpose of refreshing a warm day.

Bottle from a foreign food store on Cricklewood Broadway. Surprisingly deep yellow amber colour. Not the most unpleasant hot country lager ever, slight malt sweetness, rather lacking in hops. Ron de Caldas is a great drink. This isn’t.

Lo mejor que timé en Colombia. Una pale lager normal, nada a destacar, pero tampoco nada de sabores raros. Cerveza padrón. Águila, Miller, etc. son una porquería.

Pale golden in the glass, malty-grainy nose. The beer starts mild-watery. Lager-typical. The mainpart is a bit malty, slightly metallic, some kind of unround. The aftertaste is long, a bit watery, malty, grainy…and slightly sweet
--> medium lager… not mine…

In glass it has a stable behavior, with an small and persistent foam head. The colour is golden clear. The aroma is not good enough, you can feel the malt, but a leather aroma is also perceived. When is tasted the flavor don’t remain, and is quite watery,
