1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle from Genoa. Wee, Ecuador. Poured a pale golden body with a small thick white head. Dry notes of rice in the nose. Watery taste, dry rice, some sweet fruity notes (corn?). As unimpressive as expected.

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
11/10 0.33 l bottle from a street merchant in Genova, to become my first Ecuador beer. It poured pale yellow body with medium sized head. Dusty and hay in its aroma. Cheap industrial flavor, not bad but just boring. Sweetish honey malts and maybe touch of herbal hops here. Thin bodied with shorter finish. Strange for us Europeans, but both SA beers I had today have such spirit. Drinkable, but that’s it.

0.5 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
This beer really cemented my dislike of beers shipped in green bottles and left in the sun or under florescent lights. I didn’t even have to pour the beer before I smelled the skunkiness. This might be a good beer under ideal conditions, but when it’s lightstruck it’s crap.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Not much to this brew, typical pale lager found all over the world. Similar review as given to their Pils. Clear golden with thin head. Clean flavor, what there is of it. Slightly cleaner than the Pilsner from this brewery

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Had this in bottle form while in the wonderful country of Ecuador. Does not seem as available as the other national brand Pilsner which does not even come close to this beer. Pale yellow very smooth slight sweet taste. pours very well with a fine white head. It was the best of the selection I could find in the area.
