This is without a doubt the absolute worst beer ever. OK that may be a slight exageration. The taste definitely leaves something to be desired, and the after taste is absolutely horrendous. Sweet at first with a low-grade grain alcohol aftertaste.

clear pale yellow, the strong adjunct aroma,an initial zing of sweetness and hop then just sort of the adjunct sourness, brought back from Ecuador

Bottled. Pale golden, fizzy head. No flavour, save for some metal in the finish. Thoroughly raw and fizzy.

Lubiere (9427) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 18, 2004
May 2004. Lightly hazy yellow beer with a qucik collapsing head. Good carbonation. Chalky nose and adjuncts detected and sweet lemons. Rather tart and astringent, oxidized (like licking cardboard). Sweet notes in aftertaste. Thanks to Capflu.

(Bottle) Pours a light gold body and a quick-dissipating, white head. Nose is grassy, malty adjunct. Slightly sour taste with a over-whelming cardboard flavour. Mellow malt finish. Poor.

Standard lager. Green bottle makes for a skuny aroma, especially sitting around in the ecuadorian sun. looks straw colored, similar to heineken lager. pretty malty. a bit stronger in alcohol content and flavor than the other ecuadorian beer I tried, Pilsener.

It isn’t the best but there are worse beers out there.

Slightly fuller in colour, body and malt character than most mainstream lagers.
