1.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 Bathory (59) - Bryne, NORWAY - APR 19, 2012
Ordinary lager, with a almost neutral taste. Has somewhat of a body, in contrast to some of the worser lagers like bud.

625 ml bottle in Accra, Ghana. Pours the normalgold Pale Lager with a big long lasting white head. Aroma is cardboard and some citrus. Taste is light, corny, but refreshing in the Ghana heat. Palate is slightly metalic but passable barley.
2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 fiulijn (10390) - Como, ITALY - JUN 29, 2011
Courtesy of my friend Maria The color is pale. Dry cereals aroma. The mouthfeel is extremely weak, with almost no flavor, just some corn; ordinary bitterness. Just drink it ice cold.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20 trapez (1354) - Hilleroed, DENMARK - MAY 7, 2011
Bottle. Aroma of malt and fruit. Clear yellow colour with large soft, white head. Surprisingly much malt in flavour with some fruit freshness. Refreshing in the tropical heat.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 mansquito (1818) - washington, Washington DC, USA - APR 17, 2011
Ghana Cafe, DC 21.2oz ($8): Pours a really pale gold with a white head. Aroma is of very minimal hops and a little bit of corn. Taste is almost watery, but not bad in any way. Some hop bitterness is present along with a tolerable amount of corny sweetness (that is to say that the latter was kept to a minimum). Not a bad beer, but easy drinking.
1.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20 bozoNZ (671) - Christchurch, NEW ZEALAND - FEB 4, 2011
Same beer, slightly different label - looks like brewed in Ecuador? Shite baroma, standard macro lager otherwise.
1.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Nickls (1343) - SE DC, Washington DC, USA - JUN 30, 2010
(Old BA rate - tap)
Pours a watery clear light yellow color; solid finger of white foam that held a little better than other brews I had in Ghana. Light hop bitterness; some light maltiness; pretty generic and akin to all adjunct lagers for the aroma. No terrible skunkiness, luckily as having it on tap must have helped. Actually fairly dry and the brief hoppiness is more akin to other European macro/pale lagers, which is saying a lot. Not good, but not the worst brew while in Africa. Lightish; very soft carbonation. I am giving this average drinkability as it was better drinking than the other brews (save Guinness) while I was in Accra
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 sebletitje (4394) - Enghien, BELGIUM - MAY 29, 2010
Another one that is available almost all over Ghana.
625ml bottle. Light golden, white head.
Aroma and flavors, pale malts, hops, added sweetness, light spicy hops, sweet palate, maize/corn like mouthfeel with a watery finish.
Nothing spectacular, especially if one considers that they add maize fructose.
1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 Christian (8548) - Odense, DENMARK - JUL 11, 2009
RBESG 08. Pale yellow with a small white head. Sweet honey aroma with cardboard notes. Dryish flavour but with a honey sweetness and the expected cardboard finish.
