Darl golden nearly crystal clear golden coloured beer with a small fading white head. This beer offers on the nosing rather interesting aromas of lightly roasted whitebread/ciabatta and sweet malty wort extract. Flavour notes develop those aromas further offering some rather sweet notes medium bodied and a light soft texture. The finish is bready and average but all in good balance.

Light golden beer, subtle hints of pine, but a big too soapy, tim and bland for me. Feels a bit watered down, very low carbonation, quickly disappearing head. --- Rated!

For the sake of the social interaction just numeral ratings and/or some highlighted attributes. Quite mediocre golden ale towards to the malty side of the style.

uneventful beer with a honey/piney finish and a slightly bitter aftertaste. Somewhat too smooth to drink. Bit too sweet.

A slightly malty aroma with subtle hints of honey which are not amplified in the beer itself. A deep clear amber ale with a slightly malty taste however the strength of the beer does not help the body and it seems very slick and watery which is a shame.

.5l bottle from Tesco Chester. Thanks to Kavu. Pours clear amber with medium head. Aroma is malts and dried fruits. Flavor is malts, dried fruits, some hops maybe and bready palate.

0,5l bottle from Tesco. Pours clear golden with a low head. Aroma and flavor are both malts with some honey. Decent stuff.

Golden with a thin disappearing head. Light texture making it crisp but also negating its flavour which at best has a soapy hint of fruit. Aroma is slightly malty.

Malty aroma, gorgeous copper colour. Aroma opens up after a while and hops become evident. first perception of bitterness follows up with an aftertaste of toffee. Very quaffable. Definite session beer.

Bottle from Asda, Tamworth. Brown like demerara sugar, clear, no head. Sweet, hoppy aroma of caramel. Really not great on the taste front though: tastes extremely watery, like a decent ale that’s been half drunk then topped up with water. Some slight bitterness but bland with little duration. Sub-standard effort.
