A traditional mellow best bitter, smooth and soft on the palate and with a hop aroma which has a hint of blackcurrant in the background.

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Dark gold. Sour fruity aroma with a touch of vinegar. Sweet, fresh fruity taste with some pear. Low bitterness. Big Ben on the pumpclip, so I suppose this is a New Year themed product.

UPDATED: APR 30, 2006 NOt too exciting, but a little squashy, try to drink it and forget later wiht other beer. PErhaps, some squashy.
