COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
One-off for 2011 GCBF.

Uses six malt varieties, two blends of espresso from JJ Bean, cocoa nibs, bittersweet bakers chocolate and aged on Bourbon soaked oak chips.

(Draft) Sampled at the 2011 Great Canadian Beer Festival on September 9, 2011. New brewery to the Vancouver scene. A good body - with flavours and nose of ashtray and roasted funky malts. Cocoa powder and bitter chunks of chocolate, wains into a very mellow and almost vanilla oak chip finish.
