3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 can8ianben (1102) - Souderton, USA - AUG 25, 2011
Interesting - you don’t see many tiny brewpubs carrying a cream ale. I was interested to try it, and was pleased to see that they chose a nice spicy hop to balance out the malt profile. Interesting.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 5000 (4104) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - APR 12, 2012
Bottle:   Labeled as Rooster’s Cream Ale.   Darker straw, a bit fiery, moderate frothy white head, fairly nice lacing.   Soft grassy nose, a touch of husk and straw.   Doesn’t seem like a sweet grassiness.   Straw and hay like on the tongue.   Not too husky, at least not as much as the nose suggested.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Clean finish, a touch of sweetness emerges, lingering malty straw and hay.   Decent beer.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Hophazard (193) - San Francisco, California, USA - FEB 17, 2011
Cereal mash aroma. Barely hazy, dark straw. Faint noble hop aroma followed by a mashed corn and graininess on the finish. Light body; drinkable blond. This one still has the training wheels on it.
