COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our take on a kölsch style ale that is soft on the palate with delicate malt flavor. Balanced with a touch of wheat and honey notes. Dry and winelike with a flowery hop finish.

A very nice light golden colored brew with a good hoppy backbone and light malty flavors. Tasty and refreshing. Well made stuff!

A-pours a transparent golden yellow color with a creamy pure white head. S-the nose has a hint of toasted biscuit up front, barley and wheat follow, grainy, light grassy hop and a touch of honey. T-hint of toasted bready malt taken over by grainy wheat, grassy herbal hops and a touch of honey are light in the back with a lightly bitter finish. M-light bodied, a little grainy, semi dry finish. D-not a favorite style but some balance, pretty straight forward and done to the style. Quite grainy and that seems to dominate but there is some balance with light hop bitterness.

Thanks to blazer06 for the share. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is malt, bread, slight sweetness, slight floral, pinot grigio or chardonnay dry quality. Flavor is similar with dry bits like a nice white wine. Dry finish lingers with some astringency. Nice Kolsch.

bottle pours hazy light yellow with a medium white head. Soft floral nose, pale grassy malts. Wonderful grassy flavor with clean floral and herbal hop finish. Seems I like this more than most.

Sampled at a Tampa crew weekly tasting on 08-03-10. Pale hazy hay hue. Sour wheat nose. Moderate bitterness. Mild floral aroma. Decent brew.

Bottle shared with my son, Keith. Poured into pilsner glasses the Kolsch had a light yellow body with thin white head. Very light malt flavor with hints of honey and grains. Dry, flowery, hop finish.

Bomber from Newton Farms - Seabrook Island, SC - Hazy yellow pour with a medium bright white head and some sudsy stick. Aroma of light malts, bread and yeast. Tastes are cereal, floral, wheat, honey and yeast. Finishes slightly dry and peppery.

Pours honey-colored and cloudy. Floral and vegetal notes on the nose and palate with a hint of wheat. Refreshing for summer.
