Vibrant golden colour. Fairly clean, with just a slight oversparged huskiness. It’s got a hint of that raw, cracked-grain acidity, which really complements a slightly bready finish.

Bomber from Green’s in Columbia off the interstate. A style I’m not too crazy about, but we’ll see. This is very light in color: not even really a solid gold or yellow. It’s a hazy, super-light, see-through beer. Aroma is a little dry with hints at white wine but also the vegetal, corny stuff that often comes along with beers this light. The flavor makes some weak, papery hops known which provide a certain level of crispness. Hints of corn on the cob and wheat germ are here. Well, it’s a really light beer that lets some vegetal hints out which turn me off. If I’m gonna do a light golden beer I need more hops or something to keep my palate entertained.

Draft. Poured a light straw color with a small white head that did last a while and left a decent lacing. Somewhat wheaty, fruty aroma. Flavor of malt with a bit of fruit and wheat with a bit of hop spice. Kind of an odd flavor combination to me. OK.

nothing really special, a light crisp beer with little malts and a touch of lemon zing. it taste kind of bland like a club soda. not too much hops if any. overall a thirst quencher.

Draft at Brewvival: Canned peas aroma. Hazy yellow, no head. The flavor is heavily DMSed. I know that kolsch leans toward the vegetal, but this was excessive.
