3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Mellow Mushroom, Charleston. Handsome russet-amber pour, fairly bright with a medium head to it. Nose is quite floral, with loads of hops and malt sweetness. Faint nutty notes among the general hoppy flavor, not quite so intense as many hoppy reds but the balance is admirable for all that. Enjoyable.

growler. Impressive, heavily hazed, amber ale. Hoppy nose w/ hints of íredí malts. Taste is soo hoppy for the style, in a nice way, but really has a fucking solid red backbone. Much more complex than Iíd expected.
