hopdog (4525), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 11, 2008 22oz bottle acquired in trade with OldStyleCubFan (thanks!). What a cool label (I’ll have to put this one on the shelf). Bottled on 3.12.08. Poured a deeper and cloudy orangish color with a large sized off white head. Aromas of pine, wet grass, earthy, and citrus. Tastes of citrus, lighter earthiness, and some caramel. Earthy in the aroma vs. citrus in the tastes. Has a decent sweetness to balance out the bitter hops. Some lacing left on the glass. I enjoyed this one! WeeHeavySD (1699), San Diego (Hillcrest), California, USA Jun 24, 2008 Bomber, a bonus from Beer Exchange. Bottled on 3/20/08. Pours orange with 1 finger tan head. Nose of sweet citrus. Taste is full of big citrus and lots of character. A very tasty IPA. shp555 (1375), lilburn, Georgia, USA May 10, 2008 Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a white head. Aroma is caramel and juicy fruity hops. Flavor is grainy, caramel, and a bitter citrus hop finish. wetherel (976), Carlsbad, California, USA Apr 30, 2008 Bottle opened at PP bottle shop by Tim. Cloudy amber color (I prefer cloudy). Possibly unfiltered? (as all beers should be). Mild hoppy aroma, maybe a little bit of malt. Easy too drink. Delicious. 3.8, but I give and extra 0.1 on the overall impression, because of the high drinkability and no off flavors.
