Bottle @ Papsø. Pours opaque brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is sour/sweet, with caramel, pillglass, bourbon, candy, brown sugar, BA. otes - vanilla and toasted coconut. Taste is medium+ sweet and medium bitter wit a light tangy note. Finishes sweet, light oaky and warming.

Growler. Cheers, my friend! Pours a hazy caramel amber color with a white head. Nose is sweet toffee, vanilla, wood, and bourbon. Flavor follows with a huge hit of toffee, some light fruit, but mostly bourbon, vanilla, wood, and toffee. Medium in body and lingering vanilla and bourbon into the finish. Interesting that this one was not very boozy by comparison for the style.
