| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 1, 2006 Poured a filtered golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of spices, earthy yeast, orange peel, light citrus fruits, and some clove as well. Taste of more citrus and orange peel, was tart, with some candy sugar, and alcohol was well covered. No noticeable flaws here, but perhaps more spices could have been achieved by fermenting at a higher temperature? LilKem (1210), Marietta, Ohio, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 25, 2006 some lemon and alfalfa and grassy flavors, combined with corn on the cob, sour cherries, and some yellow delicious apples. dry finish with some astringent flavors biting at the tongue after you’ve set the glass down. heemer77 (4303), Savannah, Missouri, USA

There was also some nutmeg. The taste was dry with cologne. There was also tobacco and cherry pits. A strange combination, but interesting. Sven (229), Lancaster, California, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 23, 2006 Murky Tang coloured orange with a quickly diminshing white head. Mildly citric aroma with spice. Average taste and mouthfeel with some odd qualities. Vegetal aftertaste? Carbonic bite? Overpowering diacetyl as the beer warms. ojclark (69), Santa Monica, California, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 17, 2006 Hazy orange-yellow with short-lasting big-bubbled "force carbonated" head. Head diminsished to nothing very quickly.
Witbier-like aroma: citric with coriander and biiter orange notes.
Sweet, witbier-like flavor with citric, coriander and bitter orange notes just like aroma. Clove and and banana notes present in background giving it some hefeweizen character.
Medium body. Somewhat lifeless due to low carbonation.
Not a terrible beer but much more like a witbier than a saison.
