Aroma of bread, yeast, lemons, white pepper. Appears a hazy golden orange color, with a frothy orange-cream head that lasts. Flavor is pears and bananas at first, followed by bread and yeast, and with a spicy peppery finish. Palate is thick and full, but somehow ends crisp and refreshing. Overall, I found this to be a fantastic brew and equal to or better than the sum of its parts.

Nice golden color with a small head on top. Nice yeast and apricot nose - good balance - round and nice. Slighty hard water taste. Spicey. Very nice.

Yeasty nose, very Belgian-like. Pale gold color, low lathery head. Pear notes, sweet malt. Spicy end. Soft carbonation. Excellent balance and blend. Sophisticated.

hazed orange pour...hay & yeast in the nose...yeasty, grassy flavors with a smidgen of vegital bitterness. Actually, i think its quite a nice saison in the dupont tradition.

Bottle. Pours turbid dull gold with 1-finger of sticky, off-white head. Aroma is dusty yeast esters, spicy florals, honey, hopcitrus, and some funky feety notes. The flavor is yeasty malty, hopcitric, with mid-palate florals and spiciness leading to honey malty and fruity finishing notes. Solid palate complexity, as this one seemed to change gears from fruity to floral to spicy throughout its life cycle.

Pours yellow and hazy with a white head. Smells perfumy and light with soem hoppy elements and sugar. Tastes grassy with earthy hops prevelant and some malty backbone.
