| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Feb 8, 2006 Aroma of bread, yeast, lemons, white pepper. Appears a hazy golden orange color, with a frothy orange-cream head that lasts. Flavor is pears and bananas at first, followed by bread and yeast, and with a spicy peppery finish. Palate is thick and full, but somehow ends crisp and refreshing. Overall, I found this to be a fantastic brew and equal to or better than the sum of its parts. YogiBeera (2437), Hamburg, Germany

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 8, 2006 hazed orange pour...hay & yeast in the nose...yeasty, grassy flavors with a smidgen of vegital bitterness. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 17, 2007 Bottle. Pours turbid dull gold with 1-finger of sticky, off-white head. Aroma is dusty yeast esters, spicy florals, honey, hopcitrus, and some funky feety notes. The flavor is yeasty malty, hopcitric, with mid-palate florals and spiciness leading to honey malty and fruity finishing notes. Solid palate complexity, as this one seemed to change gears from fruity to floral to spicy throughout its life cycle. Cletus (5052), Connecticut, USA
