Oct 5, 2005 [At Stockholm Beer Festival 2005] An amber beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet alcohol combined with notes of berries - especially cowberries, as well as brewmash and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and caramel, mixing in to a barnyard flavor with a slight alcoholic burn, but barnyard in the good way.

Oct 2, 2005 Bottled. Nut brown. Appley malt aroma. The gernerous malt character has notes of butter and fruit. A low hop rate makes the malt flavours dominant. The mouthfeel is somewhat raw and syrupy. A solid beer that lacks the final touch.
