Bottle… Clear, brilliant amber ale with a large, frothy, white head. Excellent retention. The nose provides underlying notes of toast and biscuit masked by piney, woody Simcoe hops. Light-bodied with modest carbonation. The flavor is well-balanced and refreshing with moderate, seemingly fresh hop bitterness. Finishes crisp and dry. Bottle courtesy of Elliesbrown!

Wee man growler from Whole Foods, Greenville, SC. Glad I wandered around while my sammich was being made. This is a very hoppy amber indeed, which is all to the good. Semi-cloudy pour, dark bronze with a nice brimming head. Nose is bright floral hops with hints of caramel and rind. Nice full body, just enough carbonation to bring out the huge Simcoe flavors. Very enjoyable.
