Huge, huge thanks to FutureCowboy for bringing this growler to the Sexual Chocolate release for me. Served in a tulip.
Pour brings forward a nice orange-copper brew with a large white head that leaves behind loads of lacing. Good retention as well. The nose is a bit tame with some semi-sweet, bready malt in the background along with some citrus and rind up front. The taste drastically improves on the nose with the Cascade really coming through. Good orange and grapefruit with a bit of resin. Finish is dry and bitter on a light-to-medium-bodied beer. Drinks really quite well and I enjoyed this growler throughout the day last Saturday. Thanks again!

Clear orange color with a small head. Aroma is pretty floral with some nice hops. Taste falls off a bit. The hops are nice and juicy on the aroma but the flavor is more bland.

Growler shared by Corby at RBWG 2010 (I think at the Hunahpu release?). Pours a hazy deep golden with a nice lingering white head and some lace. Aroma is nice typical cascade hops, citrusy, lemon, slight dust, mineral, and earth with some nice fresh crackery pale malts and light sweetness. Flavor is earthy, mineral, fresh citrus, lemon zest, orange peel, light grassy hints, decent pale malts, light sweetness, and an herbal and citrus bitterness in the end. Pretty good.

draft at the lodge in hilton head. pours a hazy, light gold with a creamy, white head leaving thin sheets of lacing. aroma is great with big, dry, grassy hop notes, orange and lemon citrus, light tropical fruits, and spicy pine resins with a touch of brown sugar malts. flavor is outstanding as well with big, juicy citrus notes of pink grapefruit, tangerine, and lemon zest (very juicy for a pale) with a touch of ripe peaches and graham cracker malts adding a bit of sweetness. palate is medium bodied and bright on the tongue with solid carbonation and a light, bitter, citrus finish. overall, and wonderful pale ale from the coast boys.

thanks Corby, pours light gold with a solid white head. Strong cascade and herbal nose. High carbonation makes the mouth feel very light. Lots of citrus and cascade notes ending lightly bitter. Very drinkable stuff.
