A light golden fresh clean tasting beer with a hop nose character and a taste with a dry malty palate.

Cask Stillage at the GBBF, Kensington Olympia 03/08/2001 Golden coloured and bitter on the palate. Some yeast flavour in a hop finish.

Very sad that this one is out of business. Tasted on cask at the Waggon & Horses in Newmarket in 1998. From notes. Clear golden color with a medium white head that settles slowly and leaves good lacing. Aroma of black pepper, citrus and malt. Flavor has hops throughout with light spice, well balanced. My favorite IPA of all time.
