Always drank this with a curry. Thought I'd try it with a fresh palate. Pour is golden straw and sparkly. Small white head and minimal lacing. Aroma is weak but what's there is like a foil wrapped lemon: metallic and citrusy. Mouthfeel is nice: sparkly and a good texture. Taste is light, quite sweet but overall lacking in anything interesting. Aftertaste is like lemon peel. It's obvious why such an innocuous beer is such a hit with curry: it's light tasting, zingy, and quenches the fire. When sipped on a nice Saturday evening without something fiery: it's lacklustre. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at Hills & Mills, Delft. If only the beer was as good as the food! Clear golden with short lasting white head. Very malty, light lemon and raw veggies. Light sweet, a bit more bitter. Over medium body, a friggin maltcake, low carbonation. Rice dry and citrus peel bitter finish.

Bottiglia.

0.33 l bottle. Golden color, no head. Aroma of sweet corn, maybe. Decent bitter taste, even hints of hops appear. Medium body, lively carbonation.
