Cold 330 ml bottle with an Indian meal at Dabbawal in Newcastle. Bland beer brewed to go with spicy food, and worked well in that context, but hard to see it delivering in any other setting.

0,33 l. bottle from Netto-supermarket. Brewed in the UK. Clear, pale yellow colour with a short lived white cap. The aroma in this one here is corn with wet paper, some grains, a bit of hay. Taste of sweet grains, corn, some pale malts. Quite watery and thin. However, worked okay with my curry soup.

At a nice Indian restaurant in London. A drinkable lager. Pale clear golden with a offwhite head. Some nice sweetness with caramell and bread notes.

Bottle. Yellow with little to no head. Fizzy. Tiny ammount of hop flavour. Fairly crisp and refreshing. Not very flavoursome though.

Amber, clear, fluffy head. Caramel and bread lager aroma. Average, breadiness, slight dryness. Average palate.

Ok lager. Clear orange golden, small white head. I don’t really like maize or rice in a beer, because of a certain sweetness it tends to at to the flavor. In this beer this sweetness is hardly present, although the rice is tastable. Makes it a drinkable lager.
