0.66L bottle. Version made in poland. Small head that dissapears quite quickly. Aroma almost non existent with just a touch of hop. beautifull clear light golden colour. carbonation too strong, almost like a fizzy drink, which makes it a bit difficult to drink. quite bitter with a bit of corn sweetness in the background. faint after taste. Overall it seems that the double filteration (as stated on the bottle) has taken all life from this brew.

Sampled in an Indian restaurant in Oslo. Golden colour with some hop aroma. This is a rather bland lager with not much character. There is some very mild maltiness and a slight bitterness from the hops, but it is a pretty basic lager. It is fine with a curry, and better then some imported lagers, but not really worth seeking out.

Draught @ La Porte des Indes, London. Decent lager, not too carbonated, not too watery or hoppy.

Nothing relevant to say to this export indian beer. Not the worst lager tasted

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2014 330ml bottle served in an ordinary glass. A: Pours a pale yellow color. Clear. Forms a medium creamy white head. Medium to low retention and few lacings formed and left S: First impression is rice, followed by rice. Nothing special Euro Lager. Sweet malts and Lager yeasts. Citrus hops can be felt in the end. Cascade hops style hops I would dare to say T: Pretty much like the nose. Sweet malts upfront. Strong notes of corn and rice. Lager yeasts. In overall, a dry and crispy taste which is finished by a medium citrus hops bitterness M: Very light body and medium to high carbonation. A good stingy hoppy aftertaste O: Good drinkability after all. A cheap but not "that bad" Euro Lager. Note: I though it was a Indian beer when I bought it. But itís British, right? :S [ BA Review @ 9/25/2012 ]

Despite this being an "Indian" lager, itís not really a great complement to a curry. Thereís nothing in the flavour that stands up to spicy food, just a bit of sweet citrus. Itís also pretty gassy which doesnít help when youíre about to devour a big meal. The only one of these lagers which I really think works with Indian food is Mongoose. Typical pale lager - little else to say.

Cerveza de espuma efimera, color dorado y sabor ligero, apenas posee aroma, no obstante la botella es curiosa con relieves en sus envase

Bottle on Llama Island, HK... Pours like cream soda in appearance, color, head, and a lot of bubbles. Aroma is like mud and metal. Gummy flavor and mouthfeel. Coats the palate like a coca-cola, you know, when you canít get that crap off your teeth. The saving graces are a slight bitterness and cool springwater character in the finish. Drink this only if you are thirsty.
