COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An amber filtered wheat beer, brewed with wheat malt, munich,caraamber and carared.These malts help balance out the tarty acidity that the yeast releases. Lightly hopped. Fermented at a low temperature to reduce esters but release the yeasts sherry like aroma/ flavour profile.

Pours light brown/red with meduim head. Aroma off light sherry,with malt background, slight weisse yeast profile. Taste of light sherry,slight flat middle finishes with mild caramel malt. Hardy any hop aroma or flavour. Nice beer, would like to try a unfiltered sample. More carbonation ould help as well.
