COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our 10 year anniversary beer Obsession came out to rave reviews and proved so popular you drank it all! Luke our brewer was so excited about this he went back into the recipe room with a truck load more hops and came out with what he and those who have tried it so far, think is the best APA ever (beer guru talk for Absolutely Perfect Ale) A little darker than its predecessor it is called Deep Obsession - taste it and you'll understand why!

Cloudy pale straw colour with small white head. Big hop aroma, extremly hoppy bitter taste, very overpowering. Liquid hops!!!

Draught at Cock & Bull, Auckland. Clear bronze, small head. Big time lychee/pear-like hop aroma. Dryish with dense, clean mouthfeel. Very American, as in very hoppy with a finish so bitter it turns near inky. Maybe not balanced, but an interesting addition to the beer scene in the Southern Hemisphere, where I’ve been unable to locate too many hop monster style beers.
