Pours deep copper. White head diminishes, bitter, bland aroma with floral hops. Rich, resionous sweet hop taste. Unbelievable to be drinking this beer in Hong Kong.

Bing pow zap! Huge beer - probably the closest attempt at a WCIPA I have seen here. Huge tropical fruit flavours aromatically and on the tongue. Good length. The body is a tad too sweet and I think this would have been on another level at 9% but still very, very good.

Huge pink grapefruit aroma. Citrus hop firework on the palate, honey, malty crispiness, bittersweet finish. Lovely xIPA, great balance, good bite, can barely feel the alcohol.

Tap @ Craft Hands, Shibuya, Tokyo, shared by TimE. Clear orange color. Aroma’s: pine, resin, lots of citrus, sour fruit. Retronasal there’s a lot of pine, but also some malty sweetness. Flavor is moderate bitter and moderate sweet, with some acidity from the hops. Medium bodied. Finishes only mildly bitter.

Tap at Q-Brick. Orange-copper with a fine, thick head. Huge hop nose, lightly tropical, citrus, grass. Great hop flavor too, jam of tropical fruits, oranges, very sweet, some caramel. A bit boozy-hot as well. Very nice, though not as perfect to me as others have thought.

Amber golden, massively hoppy, piney nose with considerable pale malt character. Really rich, full bodied mouth, extremely will balanced, with tons of hops and tons of malts. Wow, honestly. If this was from a west coast brewery this would be way higher rated. This is a work of art, this is what American IIPAs should aspire to be. From start to finish this is very admirable. Good job Coedo!

Draught at Bungalow. Golden bronze, fleeting head. Deep aromas of fruity hops, light caramel. 11 percent alcohol was noticeable but not too overpowering. Orange, caramel and touch of spice. Medium to rich body. Delicious, but a sipper rather than a quaffer.

Tap at Craftheads. Copper coloured, not much head. Aroma is hoppy and boozy, cat pee, resinous. Taste is lots of booze, fruity, orange, full on. It’s nice and also easy to drink, but not sure I will seek it out again. One glass is definitely enough in one sitting.
