The feature of this non-filtered wheat beer is it’s bright, smooth, slightly cloudy appearance. Through the use of wheat malt and specially chosen yeasts, this refreshing brew with fruity overtones, boasts a full bodied, yet smooth texture, which glides easily down the throat. With its distinctly individual flavor and smooth elegance, it has been named "shiro," meaning white.

A lightly hazed weizen with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity banana malt with cloves and light mineral notes, grassy hops, nice. In mouth, a light sweet fruity banana malt with light cloves, light bodied, OK. On tap at Coedo Hong Kong.

330ml bottle (Pothouse, Tallinn)
Slightly cloudy orange, nice tight head. Very orangy aroma, bergamot, coriander seed even, it’s so spiky. Very smooth full palate, pleasant carbonation. Odd estery retronasals, a bit solventy. Tons of sweet wheat in the taste, a bit of banana ice cream at the end. Some minerals in finish, chalky. Several negatives, but I kinda like it.

Sampled from the bottle at ABR 2015. Pours a clear yellowish gold with a bubbly white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet wheat with touches of clove and light fruits. Flavor has sweet wheat with a touch of earthiness and light fruit and clove supporting.

330ml bottle (thanks FatPhil). Hazy amber color. Small size, white head, can’t hold. Sweet, very faint orange peel, yeasty, faint banana in aroma. Sweet, grainy, mild hops, but notable hops in taste. Hopping is very well done. Nice mellow crisp mouthfeel. Whole composition is quite refreshing. I like it. Good brew.

Bottle. Yellow, unfiltered hefe, but without much in-suspension yeast. Fruity, estery, bananas etc, but missing the deep phenolics, clove. Med lightish bodied, bit dull. Malted wheaty sweets, overall a bit boring though.

Light brown color, like dirty water, no head. Aroma is light yeast with mild sweet notes in the mouth and yesty notes. Light and watery final.

Pajiza turbia, apenas espuma. Raro en una weizen. Las dos cosas, el color y la espuma. Aroma a plátano. Cuerpo medio y bajo gas. Suave textura pero el sabor no convence, por empalagoso. Aunque el final es más seco el predominio es claramente dulzón y frutal con el característico plátano. Para mi gusto los toques especiados no logran compensar. Aún así merece ser catada.
