The feature of this non-filtered wheat beer is it’s bright, smooth, slightly cloudy appearance. Through the use of wheat malt and specially chosen yeasts, this refreshing brew with fruity overtones, boasts a full bodied, yet smooth texture, which glides easily down the throat. With its distinctly individual flavor and smooth elegance, it has been named "shiro," meaning white.

Bottle. Cloudy gold with a white head that fades fast. Aroma of oranges, wheat and cloves. Carbonation is on the low side. Sweet with tangy citrus, some spices, next to no bitterness. Pleasant enough.

Wyczulem pieczone banany, gozdziki i wanilie.

Super hazy blonde and straw coloured beer with an amber glow and a thin white head. Aroma of pale malt, alcohol, wheat, yeast, coriander seed and a hint of bubble gum - very nice smelling. Medium-bodied; Assertive wheat and yeast flavours showing a strong herbal and grassy flavour and mellowing out at the end with a definite banana and fruity flavour. Aftertaste shows some subdued corn and herbal characteristics and a nice smooth sweetness. Overall, a very nice german hef made in Japan, but sampled here in Hong Kong - definitely worth trying if you can find this! I sampled this stubby 333 mL bottle purchased from City!Super in Harbour City, Kowloon, Hong Kong on22-June-2014 for HK$29,00 sampled in my hotel room here in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Best by date on bottle of 21-November-2014.

Bottle at America Strikes Back, Ulfborg. Pours murky pale amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast, fruit, banana and rice. Sweet flavour of fruit and yeast, with subtle hoppy notes and malty touches. Sourish and sweetish aftertaste. OK but more ricey than a usual GH.
