COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The feature of this non-filtered wheat beer is it's bright, smooth, slightly cloudy appearance. Through the use of wheat malt and specially chosen yeasts, this refreshing brew with fruity overtones, boasts a full bodied, yet smooth texture, which glides easily down the throat. With its distinctly individual flavor and smooth elegance, it has been named "shiro," meaning white.

Bottle @ home. Not sure where the h I got this one. Pours a somewhat cloudy golden yellow appearance with a thin white head. Definitely heavy spicy clove and lemon/lime/banana in the nose. Nutmeg / cinnamon. Tastes a bit old. Slight cardboard. A wee bit tart flavor. Spritzy lemon/banana flavor. Moderate sweetness. Maybe would have been a little better had it been more fresh, but still doesn’t seem like it would have been too outstanding.
