COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The feature of this non-filtered wheat beer is it's bright, smooth, slightly cloudy appearance. Through the use of wheat malt and specially chosen yeasts, this refreshing brew with fruity overtones, boasts a full bodied, yet smooth texture, which glides easily down the throat. With its distinctly individual flavor and smooth elegance, it has been named "shiro," meaning white.

Citrusy with banana aromas with hints of spice. Pours slightly hazy gold with a white head. Citrus notes up front with bread-like malts there’s a sweetness in the middle with hints of banana. The beer finishes dry with lingering fruitiness.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, bananig. Geschmack hefig, sehr süß bananig.

Bottle @ home. Not sure where the h I got this one. Pours a somewhat cloudy golden yellow appearance with a thin white head. Definitely heavy spicy clove and lemon/lime/banana in the nose. Nutmeg / cinnamon. Tastes a bit old. Slight cardboard. A wee bit tart flavor. Spritzy lemon/banana flavor. Moderate sweetness. Maybe would have been a little better had it been more fresh, but still doesn’t seem like it would have been too outstanding.

333ml bottle. Murky, orangey, dark golden to amber colour with small, frothy, diminishing, white head. Fruity and wheaty aroma, a spicy yeasty touch, hints of banana and apple. Taste is moderately sweet wheaty, fruity, minimally peppery spicy yeasty; soft carbonation, soft, minimally sticky palate. Slightly too sweet.

Hazy deep yellow. Big, dense white head. Fruity nose with some danky notes. Tastes like cocktail sauce which is weird, not awesome for beer, and cool amd tasty all at the same time.is this like a Japanese craft clamato? You decide.

Blonde pale, voilée, carbo moyenne, petit collet. Aromes un peu discret, banane Attaque piquante, final plutot doux, bonne longueur sur les flaveurs de banane. Un peu mince. Pas la meilleure de sa categorie mais loin d’etre ridicule.

Bottle from Yamaichi. Big yeasty nose, banana, light lemon. Cloudy medium straw color. Mild tart initial, banana for sure, very lightly sweet. Thin-medium body, small bits of astringency. A decent hefeweizen.

333 ml bottle. BB 14/04/17. From saveur-biere.com.
Hazy brown colour with a small off-white head. Yeast, caramel malt and something quite stale in a strange aroma. The flavour is yeast, wheat and some sweetness. Not very good for a Hefeweizen... well, it’s quite hard to recognize it’s Hefeweizen...
