The feature of this non-filtered wheat beer is it’s bright, smooth, slightly cloudy appearance. Through the use of wheat malt and specially chosen yeasts, this refreshing brew with fruity overtones, boasts a full bodied, yet smooth texture, which glides easily down the throat. With its distinctly individual flavor and smooth elegance, it has been named "shiro," meaning white.

Bottle received chilled direct from the brewery. Pretty much what I was expecting, standard wheat beer. Unfortunately lacking in anything to make it stand out, but by no means bad, just no real wheat aromas and the taste is very subtle.

Funky aroma in a golden pour. Typically Belgian spicy fruity body but with a hop forward balance and crisp clean bitter finish.

Tap at Craft Sukhumvit, Bangkok. Poured a murky straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is light banana, grain, citrus. The flavour is light acid citrus with a smooth light floral, grainy mineral, light fruit palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Scores a little lower than I’d have thought. A nice cloudy hef that balanced the bubble gum/banana clove well, with a touch of citrus.

Bottle. A- Lemon, spices, wheat, subtle banana. A- Golden color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Lemon, spices, wheat, subtle banana, subtle bubblegum. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, smooth finish. O- Wouldn’t consider this much of a hefe in the traditional sense but it was a decent brew.

33,3cl bottle from SIP veini- ja õllepood, Tallinn. Pours slightly hazy golden with a rather small, white head. Smells like pear soda! Rather fruity aroma, but more towords artificial pears than banana, some banana and tropical fruits too and some mild wheaty notes. Moderate sweet with somewhat strange fruity flavours and a fairly light acidity. Fairly tasty and drinkable, but nothing I would buy a second time.

Tap - pours hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is spicy with banana and citrus. Taste is citrus upfront then a building spicy pepper come through for a lingering finish.
