(Draught at the brewpub, Berlin, 22 July 2010) Golden amber colour, cloudy, with frothy beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of bread, apricots, citrus and grassy hops. Malty, fruity taste with apricots, citrus, hay and grassy hops in a finish with a fairly mild bitterness. Clean and fresh. Nice and tasty.

Tap. Bright, cloudy golden with a rocky beige head. Not very sweet at all, actually somewhat dry, with a Pils-level bitterness (no grass, though). Some rubbery astringency, medium body. Weird. everything is weird.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of honeyish malts. Taste is moderate sweet, lively mouthfeel, dark marmelade, quite moreish and refreshing.

On tap at teh site in October. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Grainy aroma with herbal hops, a spicy note and a bit of yeast. Herbal and fruity flavour with quite a bit of hops.

That nice bready home brew feel - fresh and lovely. Crisp sitrus sting. Slightly spicy - white pepper.

Die Brauerei bezeichnet sich selber als die kleinste Deutschlands. Grober Schaum. Milder und sehr süßer Antrunk, deutlich hefig. Im Mittelteil weniger süß, mehr getreidig. Hefig, die Süße kehrt nach und nach zurück, teilweise in Form von Würzigkeit. Mild herb-süßer Abgang mit deutlicher Getreidenote.

Draught. Hazy orange with a thin head. Aroma of bread. Flavour of sweet bread with a light bitter finish. No carbonation

Hazy tan. The aroma is yeasty, doughy kit beer. Moderate balance, maybe a bit of crackery dryness but also has some kit influence. Admittedly, though, it’s tough to get much through the smoke in this place and it’s too cold to go outside.

draft @ brewpub. Hazy orange with no lace. Clean, balanced aroma is obscured only by the heavy smoke that hovers in the air at the smoke-friendly brewpub. Thin palate. Boring beer, but does have a nice touch of slightly husky malts. Overall not bad.
