| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 6, 2009 Hazy light bronze with a thin head. The aroma has a rustic, deep fruity, herbal quality with some light spicy hop. Moderate bitterness and a more minerally palate than most Hanoi brewpub beers. One of the fullest bodies for the type as well. Good brew.

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 23, 2009 Draft @ brewpub. Bright orange coppery hazy with thick head of beige foam. Aroma is rustic, hoppy with hint diacetyl, in manageable quantity. Smooth, almost flat palate is juicy and quaffable. Flavors are even better than the aromas with the freshness of a rustic country lager. Very good, could drink it all day. nate2g (1080), Brisbane, Australia

Aroma and flavour of fruit, malt and butter. OK bitterness and fruity finish. Unfortunately diacetyl is quite pronounced in the Windmill beers. omhper (12206), Stockholm, Sweden
