COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle 50 cl. Pours brown with a tint of orange and a frothy and retentive beige head with quite some lacework. Roasted aroma, a little vanilla too. Medium body, sweet roast, some dark fruit and ashes. There’s an edge of something I’m not all too keen on. Roasty finish with a subdued bitterness. 100511

Maria (8576) - Thisted, DENMARK - APR 19, 2011
It’s black with a red hue and a creamy, light-brown and lasting head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, light coffee, licorice. The mouth-feel is soft and slightly dry. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of roasted malt, slightly sweet licorice and coffee, later even more licorice and the finish is slightly dry. It’s very easy to drink, and has a lot of flavour in it’s 5% - another lovely workingday evening beer.
