COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Meget frugtagtig smag. Flot brun farve. Absolut en god smagsoplevelse

0,5 l bottle at home. Gift from Eva and Thomas. Clear deep ruby-mahogany colored body with a mid sized, light brown head leaving excellent lacing.. Pleasant wooden, toasted caramel nose. Sweet, pungent caramel and a suiting toasted bitterness. Full bodied and syrupy with a long lasting and pleasant finish.

Brown-dark brown bit hazy colour with a beige medium lasting small head. Noses of sweet bit artificial chocolate, light vanilla wood traces and caramel. Slick texture with a medium body, mainly sweet flavours with a light bitter hit at the back of the palate. Finish is fading quickly and is rather boring.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 27.10.14. Brown. Beige head. Aroma of semi-dark malt and vanilla/oak. Similar taste. Well-balanced with good drinkability.

Shared bottle at "Mandag i annen", Cardinal. Pours hazy brown with beige head. Aroma malty-fruity, nothing special. Malty taste, but not heavy. Caramel and roast-hops bitterness. A bit for bitter for my taste ("too bitter for style", though I’m not a style guide maniac).

500ml bottle in Copenhagen. Dark brown beer with medium beige-white head. Nose has caramel and chocolate malts with a subtle nutty and red fruity notes. Taste is medium sweet caramel/chocolate malts with a lovely smooth palate and light bitterness. Medium body with lowish carbonation. Enjoyed this one.
