COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Amber coloured and clear. Has a light-brown head, mostly lasting. Smoked aroma, heavy acid too. Flavor is light sweet and heavy to harsh acidic, not so pleasent. Creamy texture and soft carbonation.

Bottle. A hazy, ruby beer topped by a beige, dense head soon diminishing. Smoked, phenolic aroma, malty and with a touch of caramel. Smoked, lightly peaty, caramel flavor with a phenolic touch. Full-bodied. Lasting finish, smoked and toffeeish, quite peaty. Not a favorite smoked beer of mine, but quite decent indeed. 100814

Bottle, bought @ Vinens Verden, Odense.
Pours dark and light muddy brown with a medium, fizzy, off-white head. Aroma has smoke, light rubbery tartness, caramel and some spicy rye notes. Medium carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Light creamy. Flavour is dry, sweet, smoky, light chocolate, mild tart and softly roasted. Long, light bitter finish with great dryness. Quite drinkable.
