Nice aroma of hops and elderberries, taste is well-balanced with malt sweetness. Good hop bitterness in lingering aftertaste. A very drinkable beer.

Bottle. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is elderflower, malt, peaches, hop, caramel. Flavour is elderflower, malt, berries, peaches, caramel, hop. OK beer.

Bottle at Øltorget Mathallen, march 5th 2013. Clear amber body, tiny offwhite head. Fruity citrus aroma with flowers and malt. Taste of caramel, flowers and cloves. Low bitterness, sticky-sweet body, finish of flowers and caramel. It’s good but no killer, even if it suits the flowery theme of the beer a bit I think it’s too sweet.

Pours a grumsy brown colour with a small white head that disappears wuite fast. Aroma of elderflowers.I also get some pilsener assosiasions in the smell. Flavour is supprisingly weak. Some light malts, spruce, elderflowers and a quite earthy feel. Aftertaste has a bit of bitterness, but not too dominating. It’s in the finish the elderflower actually shines through as a big plus, without it this would be really boring. Medium body, with a sticky mouthfeel. An okey beer, but I expected more. Reminded me of a pilsener, just woth some more maltbody and some more fruity notes, especially with the elderflowers in the aftertaste.

0,5 bottle from vinmonopolet kvadrat. Pours golden unlear with nice 1,5 finger off white foam. Malty caramel, citrus, peach. Taste is malty and hoppy with elderflower sneaking in there in a very loud way. Ok medium bitterness.

Sample from 50 cl. bottle. Slightly hazy, amber-golden colour with a small, off-white head. Sweet aroma with elderflower, lightly toasted and caramel malts, sweet fruits. Taste is sweet. Medium body, creamy texture. Short, slightly sweet and spiced finish. One of Coisbos better offerings.

Bottle (50cl) from Vinmonopolet (Storo), Oslo. Hazy amber colour. Finger-thick offwhite head that settles as a thin film with some lacing. Aroma of malt, citrus, elderflower, overripe pear, caramel. Medium body, soft carbonation. Bitter-fruity, malty taste with a dry finish.

Amber red, big offwhite head. Smells of elderflower, almost like perfume, burned malts, bread and some citrus hops. Light to moderate sweet, bread or biscuit, medium bitter, some earthy and citrus hops. Quite odd experience this. The elderflower is fuzzing it all up; not a good idea in my book. Without it it could easily gain a higher score
