COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled. Pours slightly hazy amber with a medium sized off-white head. Fair lacing. Nose of elderflowers a bit citrus and caramel. Sweet flavor with citrus, caramel, spices and again elderflowers. Medium bodied, creamy to oily texture and soft carbonation. More dry and nice bitter finish. Easy drinkable and well balanced.

Bottle at Øltorget Mathallen, march 5th 2013. Clear amber body, tiny offwhite head. Fruity citrus aroma with flowers and malt. Taste of caramel, flowers and cloves. Low bitterness, sticky-sweet body, finish of flowers and caramel. It’s good but no killer, even if it suits the flowery theme of the beer a bit I think it’s too sweet.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet Manglerud enjoyed at home
Amber red, big offwhite head. Smells of elderflower, almost like perfume, burned malts, bread and some citrus hops. Light to moderate sweet, bread or biscuit, medium bitter, some earthy and citrus hops. Quite odd experience this. The elderflower is fuzzing it all up; not a good idea in my book. Without it it could easily gain a higher score

Holmen1 (1187) - NORWAY - MAY 31, 2013
Ikke mye haze her.

Sample from 50 cl. bottle. Slightly hazy, amber-golden colour with a small, off-white head. Sweet aroma with elderflower, lightly toasted and caramel malts, sweet fruits. Taste is sweet. Medium body, creamy texture. Short, slightly sweet and spiced finish. One of Coisbos better offerings.

Foffern (772) - Bodø, NORWAY - NOV 26, 2012
Bottle shared with ClubGonzo. Has a dark hazy amber colour, pretty murky, and a medium light beige head. A special aroma of sweet flowers (the elderflower?), and is else fruity with lots of malt, along with sweet berries and spices. Feels fresh. In the flavour I sence again the nice mix of flowers and fruit with a touch of cardboard, forest and ripe gooseberries. The mouthfeel is creamy and rich, and has a very light bitterness. An interesting and easy-drinking beer.
