COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: A refreshing beer, which is a refined interplay between the elderflowers distinctive flavor and aroma hops. Aroma hops are hops variety Challenger that was developed back in 1972 at Wye College in England.
Ingredients: Water, barley and wheat malt, hops, yeast and elderflower.

Bottle. Pours an unclear and amber beer with a large offwhite head. The aroma is malt and hops with flowers and peach. The flavor follows the nose closely. The palate is sweetness with notes of bitterness. Overall a good beer.

Ikke mye haze her.

0.5l bottle. I worked with a guy caller Urban once, but no time to dwell about that: This is a light blurry nutty-bronze one with a medium sized light bubbly off-white top. On the nose I get some traces of broccoli, earth, urine, pale malts, raw metal and some floral tones. Non extreme. The taste has some sweetness in it. Corn-like sweetness actually. It’s thin oily to watery on the mouthfeel with a average carbonation level. More earthy, some buttery tones in the taste also, a soft bitterness appears in the finish and aftertaste next side with something floral and almost herbal. All in all this was in my opinion not much more than a dull lager added some herbal flowers. Not to memorable, and I don’t feel the need to stock up with this one. 16.11.2012

Bottled. Pours slightly hazy amber with a medium sized off-white head. Fair lacing. Nose of elderflowers a bit citrus and caramel. Sweet flavor with citrus, caramel, spices and again elderflowers. Medium bodied, creamy to oily texture and soft carbonation. More dry and nice bitter finish. Easy drinkable and well balanced.

Bottle at Øltorget Mathallen, march 5th 2013. Clear amber body, tiny offwhite head. Fruity citrus aroma with flowers and malt. Taste of caramel, flowers and cloves. Low bitterness, sticky-sweet body, finish of flowers and caramel. It’s good but no killer, even if it suits the flowery theme of the beer a bit I think it’s too sweet.
