Nice aroma of hops and elderberries, taste is well-balanced with malt sweetness. Good hop bitterness in lingering aftertaste. A very drinkable beer.

Fra fad på Tap1 mai-13: nydelig, frisk og saftig aroma og smak hvor hyllebærblomsten er i fokus. Et meget godt balansert, smaksrikt og lettdrikkelig øl - perfekt for de lyse nordiske sommernetter. Ikke mye haze her.

clear orange, offwhite to white head. spicy elderflower and hoppy aroma, flavor is hoppy bitter with a very good balance

(on bottle) I had this beer on a sumnt square, eating one of my favorite snacks, nachos, watching my beautifull wife looking in her first print of her Ph.D.. It was hard not to like this beer under those turms. Very dark orange, hazy and with a large amount of sediment yeast. Sma aroma of caramel, elder and kind-of grassy hops. turns more maltier and dryhopped, lots of mango and pine in taste and finishes rather flat.

Bottle, bought @ Vinens Verden, Odense.
A nice, clear redish amber with a medium, staying, creamy, slight yellowish head. Fresh and summerly aroma, lots of elderflowers, some fruity hops and fairly crisp malts. Medium carbonation, fair dryish mouthfeel. Flavour is quite nice, the elderflowers there, but subdued. Some caramel and slight chocolate maltiness and a firm, light herbal and piney bitterness. Very nice - especially for a first beer.

Bottle at RBESG 2010, Rome. Clear amber - offwhite head. Ok hoppy. Grassy. Orange. Light spicy. Fruity. Caramel. Light nutty. Lots of elderflowery. Peachy. Nice.

6th June 2010. RBESG 10 Grand Tasting at the Brasserie 4:20 warehouse. Pale ale with Elderflower. Hazy amber beer. Creamy tan head. Soft palate. Mild malt - the Elderflower sweetness is nicely judged. Finishes fresh and dry. Different!

Bottle @ Den Lille Kro, Aarhus. Light hazy amber with a big and lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, elderflowers and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. High drinkability. 161012

Little head, orange golden. Clear elderflorwer nose sweet and a little spicy. Medium body and length. Welballanced, fruity and soem floral notes, maybe a bit simple?
