A little better than the Moonlight, banana and light yeast in the flavor with a slight chocolate hint to it. Not bad.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 alexanderj (2851) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - JAN 11, 2010
Bottle; poured an auburn/brown color with not much head. Faint aroma of roasted malt, wheat, caramel and fruit. Flavor was much better than expected, and at times pretty decent. Caramel and cocoa notes, to go with the always present wheat. Short finish. Slightly harsh palate. Much better than expected overall.
1.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 EHopper (472) - Minnesota, USA - DEC 5, 2009
Tasted at Beer Dabbler event in St. Paul. Simply did not like this one. Sour with bad dryness. Couldn’t finish even a couple of ounces.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 JPDIPSO (4957) - Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 13, 2009
Hazed brown color with a simple diminished ring of beige bubbles. Aromas of chocolate malt, wet grains, dough and silage. The more I smell this the more I smell raw, wet grains. Starts with dark malt flavors. Astringent and husky. Thin and metallic feel. There are a few redeeming qualities in the finish. With light grain and wheat. Getting to the finish is another matter.

Big thanks goes out to CanIhave4beers for this brew. Very Unique! Large dark brown unfiltered wheat beer pour with swirling hypnotics from the bottom of the bottle. No head. Smells kinda like caroub or choco malt. Choco milk and alky flavors, seems to be a fairly high ABV. Like a double bock at times. Friendly dark beer flavors and its a little sweet. Nicely laid back session and flavor impact. Seems quite viscous in my glass. Reminds me of good the good things in an othjerwise rude Pikantus. Choco caroub olfactory permiates the finish.

Bottle. Pour was brown with a light tan head. Aroma was of light chocolate, sweet malt, and a light roast. Body was smooth and medium with a light chocolate character accompanying the malt and light amount of wheat. Decent brew but probably won’t buy again.
