COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is an unfiltered wheat beer light in color and low bitterness. This refreshing beer is brewed with wheat and barley pale in color. The wheat and barley is brewed using a temperature controlled step mash. In doing this we utilize the proteins and enzymes necessary to convert sugars for fermentation.

Pours a slightly cloudy, yellow with no head. Decent carbonation. You can definitely smell the almond. Crisp tasting brew with a slight hint of honey in the finish. Not too shabby.

Tasted at GABF 2008. Yellow pour with no head. Almond nose with honey as well. Flavor is the same. Tasty beer in my opinion.

NOt so good, it was a little greasy and strange. Goldy but not clear. Tehre was little about the honey and less about the almond in it.

Had this while camping at BCTC this year. Pours a hazy gold and yellow with a medium to large white head. Fuzzy wheat, a touch of nuts. Smells a bit like honey nut cheerios. Grainy and sweet. Toast, light bitter finish.

I picked this up at Binny’s in Chicago, IL; enjoyed while my band was recording. Appearance kinda like a juice, very cloudy with a thin head. Aroma bready with a hint of honey. For taste can definitely taste the honey, can partly taste the almond, relatively crisp, better as you drink it. If it wasn’t for the 32 oz can I wouldn’t have gotten it, neutral on my purchase.

Giant can. Pours a hazy yellow color. Light aroma of some wheat and light sweetness from the honey. Flavor is very light. Some wheat and honey sweetness. No almonds that I can detect. Good on a hot day, not bad flavor just very light.
