3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 Fatehunter (749) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - MAR 18, 2013
Poured into a mass. Two and half fingers of head on a hazy, medium straw colored body.
The aroma is orange juice and hay.
The taste is mild bitterness, orange sweetness and finishes with a dry bitterness.
The texture is soft with moderate carbonation.
A bit tame on the hops for an IPA but quite drinkable and the huge can is attractive.

Giant can. The water character is indeed good, but the beer isn’t. Sweet, not hopped enough. Cold fusion filled.

Big ass can. Pours a clear gold with no head. Aroma and flavor are weak citrus hops. Nothing special.

Massive double pint can. I had to try this IPA becuase my cousins are from Cold Spring. Pours a golden orange, with off white head. Citris aroma, tastes somewhat flat, very little hops. It’s not a completely terrible IPA, but nothing stands out about it. Good value for what you get I guess, but sorry Cuz, I wont be buying this again.

Monster can in Seattle. Cold orange pour. Nice aroma hops but body is a bit weirdly juicy, some bittering fruit finish. Odd caramel malts, not a great ipa.

Can from Casa De Oro. Dry pungent nose. Decent hop character. A little bit of an off flavor, but overall not terrible.

Can I brought to Dadtoberfest.... Sorry guys. Golden orange with an off white head. Sweet malts, light herbal hops, lighter fruity notes, and a relatively clean finish. Not awful.

Quart can. Even in college, I never had a beer out of a can anything like this. I gotta hit middle age and move to the burbs to drink like a punk kid. Quart can. Pours a cloudy medium amber with a fluffy, rocky white head and lots of eggy lace. Laundry and iced tea on the nose. Creamy medium body with chalky carb. Iced tea, caramel, and nitrogen on the mid palate. Socks-ish finish. Not real appealing. But the can is crazy.

can shared by blipp at Dadtoberfest - Sweet caramel malts, crystalline and a touch oxidation. Not too bad actually.

Can courtesy of Blipp. Pours a deep, hazy amber body with thin off white creamy lacing and carbonation. Aroma is malty, light citrus and musk. Mouthfeel is thin with notes of sweet malt, musky earth, and light bitter citrus hop.
