1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
THOUGHTS: Not so hot. Overly sweet, sorta thin and not very complex. Barely first-time home brew quality. Plus itís difficult to pour from the oversize can. Not much hop presence to balance all the sweet malt.
TECHNICAL: Very large can. Poured a light, reddish brown with an average, off-white head that fully diminished and left virtually no lacing. The aroma had moderate to heavy nutty malt, molasses, caramel, sugar water, candy, non-maple pancake syrup; and very light metallic hops. The initial flavor was moderately sweet and ever so slightly bitter; while the finish was moderate to heavily sweet and slightly bitter with a short duration. There was caramel, pancake syrup, candy, sugar water, molasses, honey, metallic hops, maybe slight herbal hops and nutty malt. It was all sort of artificial. The light to medium body was sort of watery but also syrupy with fizzy carbonation and a sort of metallic finish.

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 9/20
Aluminum can from SqB Liquor: Poured a medium brown liquid and topped with a thick frothy topping of foam head which took several minutes to eventually retreat. Aroma is soapy and smells of cheap ingredients. The drink is naturally sweet with sugary flavors of pure gratified sugar cane. Again, I am confused with this companies attempts of hybrid beer because I have never heard of mixing half porter and half amber.

16oz can 5/12/13 (Binnyís Naperville Clearance Rack)40į in Mug-Pours a dark cola color with a small tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, sweetness, and slight chocolate. Taste of the same with more caramel, toffee, brown sugar, and chocolate. This light to medium bodied brew is not bad at all. Well balanced and goes down easy.

Poured from a bottle. Notes of caramel, toasted malts, floral, sweet malts. The body is thin. I found this to be bland.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
I bought it because itís in a can-bottle. Poured minimal head on a dark brown body.
The aroma has a mild roasted malt with a little crushed grain.
The flavor has a mild sweetness from the roasted malt with a mild bitterness at the finish.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.
Well, it tastes like an average porter was mixed with an average amber bock.

32 oz can poured a clear reddish brown with a small lasting tan head. Aromas of carmel, fruittiness, vanilla and light earthiness. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, berry and light eartrhiness with a smooth berry finish.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
I got suckered by the big purple 32oz. can which is nearly impossible to pour into a glass without spilling some. I never would have guessed this is a blend of a porter and a bock. Overall, this is a boring beer, but it isnít offensive at all. Thin, watery texture. Not much aroma. Drinks like a light beer. Relatively sweet and flat. Poor head retention. Minimal bitterness. Bready and caramel notes. The best thing I can say is itís drinkable, but I wonít buy it again.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
This whole series from Cold Spring has become my go-to disc golf beer. Each one Iíve tried has been more than decent, itís cheap and itís a big old can... gotta love it.
Pours an oaky amber orange with a slight off-white head, average lacing. Nose has some mellow, sweet malts. Toasted bread, sweet grains. Pretty nice. The taste is smooth, subtle. Subdued enough to drink a 32 oz can. Just a dialed back version of a high quality black and tan. Totally drinkable. Not too sweet. This beer is a bargain.
