3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Dogbrick (4837) - Columbus, USA - JUL 1, 2011
Sample at Dunedin. The beer pours a clear yellow-orange color with a thin white head that burns away quickly. Mild citrusy hops aroma with a touch of malt. Light to medium body with a mildly hopped character that has notes of citrus and grainy malt. The finish is hoppy with a short bitter aftertaste. Just average overall.

Pours a pale golden color with heavy carbonation that still doesn’t retain a head. Aroma of wheat, citrus and alcohol. Taste is more citrus and wheat and less alcohol. Taste is not crazy complex but this is a very refreshing beer. ok beer after a long day especially in the warmer weather.

Draft, golden color. Aroma and taste of spent grains. Touch of sweet maltiness. Pretty poor

Bottle: Poured a super pale yellow color ale with a medium size pure white foamy head with good carbonation and not much lacing. Aroma of light wheat malt notes with light citrus undertone. Taste is also on the lighter side of things with light wheat malt notes with some unrefined grain notes and light citrus finish. Body is super light with medium carbonation. Not going back for another one of those anytime soon.

Froma bottle. Nuetral aroma. taste is like metallic. At first I thought it was rather rude but it grows on yah. goodlu\y amount of co2. Weird and uniwue citrus thing happening here. Not benivicial. Comes across more like a lager than a wheat ale.

Tap on St Pete Pier. Clear gold pour with a thin white head. Light grainy malt taste with a corn sweetness. Aroma takes a bit to get there, and then it is only corn sweetness with nary a hop. Bleh.

12 ounce bottle, poured a hay, almost straw yellow color. Smell was a weak wheat/grass aroma. Not much flavor, an ok swill beer.

Draft at World of Beer (Carrollwood, FL). Pours a clear pale yellow color with a foamy white head that fades rather fast. Fairly light aroma with some grassy hops. Flavor is pretty light but actually not that bad with a mixture of malt and a touch of hops. A decent session beer for a BBQ or tailgating at least.
2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20 Chipalsa (703) - Florida, USA - JUN 12, 2011
Ehh... Looked nice and yellow with lots o’ bubbles. Smelled fairy bread-like, with a touch of hops and sweetness. The flavor though fell short of what smelled like a pretty damn decent beer. The carbonation was too high, and took away what hops you could taste, and the malty flavor was hard to pick out. I’d say not bad for a light ale, but try again Cold Storage.

Taping the Vine Beer Panel: Bottle pour. Poured a clear yellow color similar to straw or hay. Smell was of wheat and a distant and disguised fruit aroma in their. Yeasty. The taste was weak wheat. Not much more. Very refreshing though. Light and crisp and very drinkable. O.K. I guess.]
