Bottle from hopscotch - thanks. Slightly hazy orange pour. Aroma of grapefruit and a bit of cardboard. Hops in this are a touch stale. Grapefruit hop taste. Just so-so.

Bottle at Robbies in Islamorado and elsewhere in the keys. Fairly generic ipa, a bit of pininess. Thin, but OK. The location definitely made this one seem more drinkable than it probably is!

Bottle from Whole Foods Market, Sarasota. Clear golden colour, with a white head. Nose is hoppy, citric, light malted. Flavour is light malty, hoppy, citric, fruity. Not overly hoppy. Well drinkable. Medium carbonation.

Slightly hazy honey and golden coloured body with a thin, one centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of light cascade hops, some honey and funky malt, a bit astringent in the nose. Light-bodied; Mild hop flavour with some very subdued malt, a hint of grass and hay and very little else. Aftertaste shows mostly stale malt with some light hops, a hint of sweetness and some herbal and grassy notes at the tail end, but they don’t last long. Overall, a pretty mild IPA with not many good flavours and a few bad ones. Relatively weak in all respects, but not really a beer worth searching out nor one to bring back home! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Total Wine in Tampa, Florida on 03-January-2014 for US$1.99 sampled at home in Washington on 02-March-2014.

Pours a clear deep golden color with a small tan head. The smell is caramel malt, a hint of grapefruit. The taste is cardboard, caramel, you can tell that grapefruit may have been there at one time... The expiration date is in two months so it shouldn’t be quite this bad. Light+ body with average carbonation. Will not finish this beer...

Bottle: Golden hue with a mostly lasting head and spotty lace. The beer has some piney notes along with a hint of grapefruit and apple. Biscuity and caramel malts, metallic and flat finish. Seem a bit long in the tooth... got that old IPA thingy going on. Still I doubt it was all the great to being with.

12 oz bottle from Winn Dixie in Orlando. Pours a deep orange with little lacing and no head. Aroma of citrus and pine. Wall of bitterness at first, then mellows and simplifies to a pleasant finish. Quite drinkable and would have again. Well done. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft. Slightly spicey nose. Mostly honey sweet malt. Slightly hazy orange color. Moderate head. Excellent lacing. Slightly bitter with a little hop. Damn. I’ve had hoppier pale ales. Maybe hoppier ESBs. Just flat.

Shaker pint draft at the Riverside Market Cafe in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The pour is mostly clear orange copper with a well formed one inch off white head. The aroma is soft grass floral hops, and a bit of toasted malt. The taste is the nose, nice balance between the grassy hops and the cracker lightly toasted malt. The palate is medium to light bodied, soft carbonation and a dry clean finish. Solid IPA, though a bit dull.

My first review of this from a scrap of paper was not good: Tap at Proof - skunk honey water nasty - 3.6/10 A second chance here with a bottle from ABC: clear gold pour. Aroma is light citrus and grain. Tastes are a rush of bready, floral bitter. Carbonation is up front. Sweet malt, little bit mineral. Not as bad as the first time (must have been skunked), but not the best thing ever.
