50 cl 4.7%abv clear bottle purchased at Eide Handel Norway. Low but somewhat persistent cocoa-milk coloured head. Brown body. Some lacings. Caramellic scents with juniper. Taste; caramel malts, hops, dark chocolate. Slightly watery with some metallic tunes to palate, though nice bitterness under mixed with malts. Ends with roasted malts, hops, spruce. Tasty, could very well be served about 10’c up to 15’c. It’ll get sweeter from higher temperatures. A flexible beer (enjoyed 2013-dec-01 z hospodineyu Annie)

500 ml clear bottle, from the brewery. ABV is 4.7%. Beautiful reddish brown colour, moderate off-white head. Sweetish-sourish aroma with notes of lightstruck hops, some caramel. Soft flavour with distinct notes of caramel, but not too sweet. Minimal hops. Clearly drinkable, but far from exciting.

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours clear dark amber, with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, sugar, molasses, and hints of fruit. Dusty flavour, sweetish, with notes of fruit. Sour notes. Sth must have gone wrong. Peppery and sourish aftertaste. Oh, dear.

0.5l clear bottle. A near clear deep amber colored one with a nice medium sized beige head that’s leaving some serious lacing down the glass. Smells nice, light sweet and malty with thin caramel, malty biscuits and a little fruitiness. Quite nice actually. Mild oily on the mouthfeel and the carbonation level is average and small bubbled. Much the same in the taste really. Clean, light sweet, malty profile with a good reference to roasted hazel nuts. Really easy to drink, yet it has a good amount of flavor for being a relatively lightweighter. A little bit of chocolate wrapper and dried fruits in the finish. Wet rocks in the aftertaste. By far the best I’ve had from these guys. 21.07.2013
