COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A big blend of roasted malted barley gives this seasonal special a rich dark colour and massive flavour. Not for the faint of heart. Enjoy.

Great beer, had this on tap at Coldstream Brewery. Appearence is dark ruby brown with a tan head. Aroma of coffee/mocha which leads in to the flavour. Remarkable body and mouthfeel for <5% ABV and has a nice drying finish.

Tap. Delicious aromas of roasted coffee and chocolate. Taste starts sweet, but bitterness takes over for a long finish. Palate is creamy, with a medium-to-full body. Black colour, with a frothy white head.

Appearance looked good in the glass, black body with light tan head. Once again just a faint whiff of smoke then the dark malt aromas one expects, also get the same characters in the taste though no chocolate. Partner thought it was a little thin/watery but it grew on me mainly cos I do like porters.
