Commercial Description:
A European-style lager that is crisp, fresh and aromatic. Generous hopping gives a pleasant bitterness, providing a lovely clean finish. It is brewed using a traditional lagering process involving cool fermenatation and long conditioning over several weeks at a very low temperature.

nice attempt at a Czech style lager, generous with the saaz and solidly malty, but a bit unclean - diacetyl all over it and some banana too. if they can fix the fermentation could be a really good beer though.

Bottle. Pours a nice straw colour with small white head. Nice hop aromas with a fair amount of malt sweetness. Given this am expecting a german style pilsner. Flavour though is more about the hope with a nice crispness more in line with a czech pilsner. Nice balance mouthfeel. Good beer

330ml bottle. Amber and golden in colour with a medium foam head. Well carbonated with a sweet mellow aroma of piney hops. Also mellow flavour, well balanced with a nice light mouthfeel.

Bottle - Pale yellow with smallish head and a little retention. Its aroma is a lot like a European pilsener -- something I wasn’t expecting -- with marked maltiness. Flavor was crisp with a nice amount of tyically pilsener-style bitterness. Fairly watery really and lacking in oomph, but quite OK.

Bottle, poured straw colour with little head that dissipated almost immeadiately. Malt aromas with underliying fruity hops. Crisp tasting with fruity tones coming in and a slight bitter after taste. Look forward to seeing what these guys have in store in the future!

About what one would expect in a pilsener, not a lot more or less. Appearence is light amber with minimal head. Aroma is a bit hoppy and a little bit spicy. Flavour is good with light malts upfront without any corny presence which is a plus. Finish is a mix of hop bitterness and slightly fruity sweetness.

Didn’t want to hold a head at all on this bronzey gold body. Aroma wasn’t bad, sweet and also fruity hops. Taste was fairly crisp, which is what I want in a pilsener, medium body with low carbonation, quite pleasant but not a real standout.
