A dark amber ale with a very thin off white head. In aroma, a sweet caramelized cherry, with off notes and fusel alcohol. In mouth, a sweet almost vinous malt with barley sugar, a bit burned, lightly off. On tap at Oregon Brewer’s Fest, July 31 2011.

2011 Oregon Brewers Festival
Amber in color, clear, with a thin head. Hops and malt aroma floral and fruity. Nice hops and malt with grapefruit and spice flavors. This was very hops forward. Big beer with lots of flavor. Finished quite dry and with a light biscuit and hops.
