Rhyme & Reason, Extra Pale Ale American style pale ale. The flavour and aroma of Citra, Centennial, Chinook and Simcoe hops prevail without excessive bitterness for maximum drinkability. Malt sweetness of Pale Ale, Crystal Carafoam and Wheat Flakes in the background complements the hops for a crisp finish. 5.7 ABV 55 IBUs (Bottles and Draft)

Bottle. Clear orange in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are of sharp citrus, melon, herbs, and a bit of pine. Clean and balanced in the mouth with some light tropical citrus and crisp pale malt flavors. Solid bitterness and decent mouthfeel. Tasty stuff.

Amazing aroma. Fresh with herbs, thyme and something dry. The body is hazy, with a small white head. The taste is full, creamy. Really nice!

Bottle from Andrew - thanks! This is great. Hazy orange pour. Nice bright citrus, low malt, moderate bitterness with a clean finish. I could drink a bunch of these.

Zesty and fresh, this beer is a citrus bomb, with some tropical fruit, orange and pine as well. Just bitter enough. One of the best APAs out there.

ENG: 355ml bottle from Liquor Mart in Winnipeg, poured into the Teku glass. Nice, deep, opalescent orange color, medium but dissipating white head. Aromas of malts, caramel, citrus and maybe bit of tropical fruits and pine. Tastes grapefruity, piney, with nice bitterness balanced with some caramel and malts with some kind of salty finish. Delicate tarty bitter aftertaste. Medium body, medium carbonation. Overall interesting palate, refreshing beer.

PL: Butelka 355ml kupiona w Liquor Mart w Winnipeg, przelana do Teku. Barwa ładna, głęboka, pomarańczowa, opalizująca. Piana jasna, średnia, lecz opadająca. Aromaty słodowe, karmelowe, cytrusy, może nieco owoców tropikalnych i sosny. W smaku grejpfutowe, sosnowe, w miłą goryczką zbalansowane nutami słodowymi i karmelowymi, pod koniec nieco słonawe. Delikatnie cierpko-goryczkowy posmak. Średnie nasycenie i średnie odczucie w ustach. Podsumowując interesująca paleta smaków, orzeźwiające piwo.

pours pale orange white head, flavours of citrus fruits, grapefruit, I get a hint of pine , mixed with not overpower bitter hop, thin texture but smooth, slight after taste lingers. This is a drinkable beer with a good character, collective arts has something here, but I still prefer their sessional IPA state of mind.

Pale light orange body with lasting pillowy off-white head and spotty lacing. Virbant citrus hop aroma, some resin and floral notes. Taste is not crazy bitter but has a nice happiness, floral elements, grapefruit, resin, soap and a touch of rhubarb. Really nice APA.

This APA is as good as almost any other APA I’ve had. And it can be found at home for a change. Pours orange with white head. Wonderful fresh dank hop and citrus aromas. Ditto on the flavour. Very fresh citrus flavours. Very crisp, refreshing, and full of flavour. Awesome!

Bottle. Slightly hazy, light amber pour with a big pillowy white head. Aroma is bright with lots of citrus and tropical fruit; lemon and orange zest, some mango, quite nice. Flavour is much the same, with some sweet malt underpinning a fairly bitter citrus, a bit of resin. Pretty thin texture for the amount of flavour, like a great session IPA but with somehow a bigger ABV. Really nice.
